“CHAKRA-2” Restoring of vision and hearing by a method of an electrical stimulation.
The treatment is carried out with the help of a specialized multiway electrostimulator. Multicontact electrodes superimposed to stimulator on different areas of head accordingly activating the appropriate zone of brain.
Methods of a medical electrical stimulation of the visual evaluator are applied in clinic of eye illnesses at the beginning of 80-ths. The different approaches to visual nerve for chronic survival of electrodes were offered. These variants of ES have appeared rather effective at pathologies of visual nerve of traumatic and vascular genesis. The method of through-skin electrical stimulation of eye considerably has expanded a circle of the observations for use of electrical stimulation, where have come dystrophic defeat of a retina, myopia, astigmatism, amblyopia, display illness, near-sightedness, hyperopia, glaucoma, development of an age cataract.

Sensorineural pathology of a visual or acoustical nerve difficultly yields to treatment by the conventional approaches. It is stipulated by an anatomic location of visual and acoustical nerves (in bone channels, on foundation of brain) that does not allow pointing medical measures immediately on injured plots of nerves. Therefore many undertaken measures wear mediated character and do not render direct influence to injured nerves.
Virtues of method - individuality of parameters of electric stimulations, neurophysiologic monitoring, dosage of effects, high performance of treatment, atraumatic and ease of application.
The electrical stimulation is applied to treatment of the following diseases:
1.Treatment of failures of vision:
-Atrophy of visual nerves
-hypoplasias of visual nerves
-Dystrophy of retina (maculodystrophy, pigmental degeneration of retina)
-near-sightedness
-hyperopia
-Amblyopia (“lazy” eye)
-bifurcation (paralytic strabismus)
-Logophtalma (“rabbit eye ”)
Atrophy of a visual nerve called:
-by inflammatory processes (transferred meningitises and meningocephalites of different genesis).
-by dissipated sclerosis
-by craniocerebral trauma, failure of eyeglobe
-by tumours brain (only after oncotomy)
-by vascular failures (idiopathic hypertensia, atherosclerosis, consequence of failure of circulation of blood of central arteria or vein of retina)

2. Pathology of a retina of an eye:
-central degeneration
-Diabetic angiopathy (èíñóëèíîíåçàâèñèìûé sugar Diabetum)

-Spastic stricture of an accommodation

Sensorneural bradyacuasia called:
1. Neuroinfections (meningitis, meningocephalitis, influenza and etc.) and other infectious diseases;
2. Application of ototoxic antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals at treatment of different diseases;
3. Craniocerebral trauma
4. Vascular diseases (idiopathic hypertensia, cerebral atherosclerosis)

3. Treatment of diseases of a nervous system by the way of failures of movements, memory, speech, emotional orb, intelligence:
-consequence of craniocerebral traumas
-Parkinsonism
-consequence of an insult
-discirculatory encephalopathy
-consequences of removal of tumours of brain
-consequences of hydrocephalus or hypertensin set of symptoms
-of dissipated sclerosis

Efficiency of method: At 80 % of patients the treatment is effective: is suspended progressiveness of disease and its developments are diminished. And the positive take is saved and continues to be augmented within 3-4 months after ES termination at the expense of improving conductance and excitability of nervous system, improving of circulation of blood and exchange processes at a cell-like level.
We introduce you the results of treatment of our Center.
The treatment of 78 patients with both apparatuses “SCENAR” and “CHAKRA” was conducted. 43 persons from them with diseases of acoustical nerve, 35 - with ophthalmologic diseases.
From 43 patients (age from 15 till 76 years): 23 men, 20 women. On structure of disease were arranged as follows:
1. sensorineural bradyacuasia of III - IV degree - 4 persons,
2. Neuritis of acoustical nerve with reduced hearing - 39 persons.
At 39 patients accompanying diseases:
?) At 21 - osteochondrosis cervical vertebra, idiopathic hypertensia,
?) At 18 - transferred purulent otitis.
From 4 patients with sensorineural bradyacuasia of III - IV degree (age: 4-17 years) after the first course of treatment by apparatuses SCENAR and “CHAKRA” at two were marked improving hearing, the patients heard without the acoustical apparatus, are sent to audiologist.
At remaining two patients the second and third course of treatment. The repeated course was conducted in 6 months.
The annual experience displays, that by complex treatment by apparatuses it is possible to receive good results at treatment of illnesses of acoustical nerve.
The following group of 35 patients (18-76) years with ophthalmologic diseases:
1. Near-sightedness - 18 persons; with astigmatism - 6 persons.
2. Glaucoma - 17 persons; with atrophy of visual nerve of different degree (at 6 - diabetes mellitus) - 13 persons, with detachment of retina- 4 persons.
To the patients with glaucoma the first 10 days SCENAR - therapy with hook up of computer diagnostics “Rista-EPD” under dynamic observation of the ophthalmologist was conducted. At all patients improving common state, abatement of headaches was marked.
At 6 patients by diabetes mellitus: lowering of Saccharin in blood, abatement of case dose of insulin, and the three - have ceased to accept sugar-reducing drugs.
The ophthalmologic inspection has shown: at 14 - normalization of ophthalmotonus, and at three - lowering of ophthalmotonus, but not up to norm.
Since 11 day to SCENAR - treatment have connected also apparatus “CHAKRA”. Improving vision at all ill was marked.
Proceeding from our experience, the treatment of the patients with diseases of an acoustical and visual nerve by apparatuses “SCENAR” and “CHAKRA” gives the large effect.
